      目前的利用水泥窑协同处置生活垃圾工艺，尚存在一些问题，由于生活垃圾性质的复杂性，导致垃圾难以均匀的喂入水泥窑，对水泥窑的正常运转产生了影响，本文以葛洲坝松滋水泥有限公司利用水泥窑无害化协同处置松滋市500 t/d生活垃圾项目为例，介绍了利用PID调节提高生活垃圾喂料均匀性的操作方式，保证了水泥窑系统的稳定运行。
英文摘要:
      At present, there are some problems in the process of using cement kiln to deal with domestic waste in synergy. Because of the complexity of the nature of domestic waste, it is difficult to feed the waste into the cement kiln evenly, and it has an effect on the normal operation of the cement kiln. This paper takes Gezhouba Songzi Cements Limited as an example, using cement kiln harmless to deal with the 500 t/d municipal solid waste project, The operation mode of improving the uniformity of MSW feed by PID is introduced, which ensures the stable operation of the cement kiln system.
