      通过对水泥强度、凝结时间等物理性能的测定,研究了不同掺量的粉煤灰对水泥性能的影响。结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,水泥-粉煤灰体系的 3 d抗压强度呈线性较低趋势;粉煤灰单掺效果<粉煤灰与矿粉复合效果<矿粉单掺效果;在保证强度的前提下,水泥中掺加适当的粉煤灰有助于改善水泥与外加剂的适应性,且对标准稠度用水量和凝结时间的影响不大;建议粉煤灰替代水泥的掺加量不大于 5%;粉煤灰替代矿粉的掺加量不大于 33%。
英文摘要:
      By measuring the physical properties of cement, such as strength and setting time, the influences of fly ash with different dosage on cement performance were studied.The results show that the 3d compressive strength of the cement-fly ash system shows a linear low trend with the increase of fly ash content.Single mixing effect of fly ash<composite effect of fly ash and mineral powder<Single mixing effect of mineral powder;On the premise of ensuring strength, adding proper fly ash in cement helps to improve the adaptability of cement and admixture, and has little influence on water consumption of standard consistency and setting time.The content of fly ash alternative cement is not more than 5%.The content of fly ash to substitute mineral powder is no more than 33%.
