| 在水泥工业建设过程中，暖通空调作为不可或缺的配套专业，是水泥工业建筑工程的一个重要分部工程，其运行效率的高低是整条水泥生产线能否正常高效运行的重要影响因素。由于其不属于生产线土建、机械、电气三大主要专业内容，在实际施工过程中往往出现重视程度不够，专业力量配备薄弱，技术管理人员专业技术不过关甚至空缺等现象，造成诸多现场管理及质量控制上的漏洞。本文结合现场实际施工管理经验，对暖通空调施工的过程管理与施工要点进行探讨。 |

| In the process of construction of cement industry， professional hvac as an integral part of form a complete set， is an important branch of cement industry engineering project， Its operating efficiency is an important factor influencing the normal and efficient operation of the whole cement production line.Because it’s not belong to civil engineering， mechanical， electrical three major professional content of production line， tend to appear importance is not enough in the process of actual construction， professional equipped with weak strength， the technology of technical management personnel does not pass the phenomenon such as gap， even cause a lot of the loopholes in management and quality control on site.In this paper， combining with the actual construction management experience， probe briefly into the process of management and construction points of hvac construction. |
