| 对崇左XDL4 500 t/d熟料生产线进行热工标定，其运行产量达到6 351 t/d，熟料综合煤耗为96.53 kg/t、可比熟料综合煤耗为89.03 kg/t。同时C1出口含尘浓度29.20 g/m3，计算得分离效率99%；出篦冷机熟料温度为68.7 ℃，烧成系统、篦冷机系统各项参数均处于领先水平。 |

| A thermal calibration of Chongzuo XDL4 500 t/d clinker production line was carried out in 2015, The rating data showed that its yield was 6 351 t/d, and the comprehensive coal consumption of clinker was 96.53 kg/t(the comprehensive coal consumption of comparable clinker was 89.03 kg/t), both production and heat consumption reached the advanced level. And particle concentration of C1 outlet was 29.20 g/m3, calculated separation efficiency of preheating system was 99%; meanwhile, the clinker temperature of the grate cooler was 68.7 ℃, which showed the operations of firing system and grate cooler system are in good condition. |
