      钒钛冶炼尾渣因含有钒、钛元素使得高钛型高炉渣和含钒钢渣28 d活性指数约为65%。同时,含钒钢渣的细度(0.045 μm)为20%,这源于其铁、钒、钛三种钙相含量较高导致其易磨性较差。混凝土掺合料利用试验结果表明,在C30和C50强度下高钛型高炉渣的和易性均较好,含钒钢渣的塌落度较大。两者28 d抗压强度分别高于粉煤灰28.6%(C30)和9.2%(C50)。

      Vanadium titanium smelting tailings contain vanadium and titanium elements, making the high titanium type blast furnace slag and vanadium bearing steel slag 28 d activity index is about 65%. At the same time, the fineness of vanadium bearing steel slag (0.045 m) is 20%, which is due to the higher content of three kinds of calcium phases such as iron, vanadium and titanium, which leads to poor grindability. Concrete admixture by using test results show that in the C30 and C50 strength of high titanium blast furnace slag and the workability is good, the slump of large steel slag containing vanadium. The compressive strength of the 28 d was higher than that of fly ash 28.6% (C30) and 9.2% (C50), respectively.
