      荧光分析检测应用于多组份生料配料,由于基体效应的原因产生检测误差,为了稳定生产控制,除了加强源头控制,稳定原材料产、质量,减少设备故障断料、换料频次,优化原材料均化效果,尽量减小荧光检测基体效应的影响外,可同时通过比对试验找出变化规律,在生产控制中加入经验判断,有效减小质量波动。

      Fluorescence analysis and detection are applied to multi-component raw material ingredients, which causes errors in detection due to matrix effect. In order to stabilize production control, in addition to strengthening source control, stabilizing raw material production and quality, reducing equipment failure and frequency of raw material, optimizing effect of raw material homogenization and minimizing the impact of fluorescence detection on matrix effect, but also through the comparison test to identify changes in the production control to add the experience to judge, effectively reduce the quality fluctuations.
