| 通过对GB/T 32994—2016水泥工业用回转窑国家标准中有关回转窑出厂筒体端面偏差要求和测量方法的研究，分析出标准中技术要求和检测方法的存在问题和不足。根据不同的出厂筒体的制作方法提出了相应的出厂筒体端面偏差新要求和测量新方法的建议。对出厂筒体端面偏差的要求和测量方法的修改建议能为水泥工业用回转窑标准的实施提供帮助，同时也可为标准的修改和修订提供参考依据。所述筒体端面偏差技术要求和检测方法的建议具有合理性和适用性。 |

| Through researching technical requirements and measuring methods of rotary kiln shell end face deviation within GB/T 32994-2016 cement industry rotary kiln national standards， analyses the problem and deficiency of technical requirements and inspection methods in the standards. According to different manufacturing methods of the shells， makes suggestions of new requirements and measuring methods of corresponding shells end face deviation. The suggestions of modifying requirements and measuring methods of shell end face deviation can offer help on implementing cement industry rotary kiln standards， meanwhile they provide references on modifying and revising standards. The suggestions of technical requirements and inspection methods of shell end face deviation are reasonable and applicable. |
