      由于局部设计不合理,原料磨、回转窑长期处于设计台产及能耗指标低位水平运行。通过更换燃烧器提高窑的煅烧能力,改造高温区风机改善熟料急冷效果,分解炉增设撒料板改善燃烧状况,煤粉仓内增加消风锥体及管道解决转子秤的断煤,改造高温风机、循环风机集风口,提高风机效率,稳定入窑喂料量等。改造后,系统各项经济指标明显提高,达到同规格生产线较好水平。

      Because of the unreasonable local design, the raw material mill and rotary kiln have been running at the low level of design stage and energy consumption. By changing the burner to improve the calcining ability, altering the high temperature to improve clinker quenching effect, adding sprinkle plate in decomposition furnace to improve combustion, and adding wind cone elimination and pipeline in coal storehouse to sovle the broken coal of the rotor balance, and altering high temperature fan, tuyere circulation fan set to improve the efficiency of fan and to stabilize the kiln feed rate. After the technological transformation, economic indicators of the system were improved obviously, reached the better level of the same specifications production line.
