      伊拉克原油中的全硫平均含量在4.5%以上,对采用重油为燃料的水泥生产影响较大。伊拉克AL-Douh水泥厂303000t/d熟料水泥生产线项目采用了高硫重油为燃料,文章介绍了其针对高硫重油为燃料所采取的设计对策,结合该项目投产后的实际生产数据,对水泥窑采用高硫燃料生产抗硫酸盐水泥(SRC)的技术控制措施作进一步分析和设计计算。该线从投产至今,运行状况良好。
英文摘要:
      The total sulfur content of Iraqi crude oil is above 4.5%, which affects the production of cement with heavy oil as fuel. The 303000t/d clinker cement production line of Iraq AL-Douh cement plant uses high sulfur heavy oil as fuel. The paper introduces the design measures for high sulfur heavy oil as fuel. Combined with the actual production data after the commissioning of the project, The technology of further control measures for sulphate-resistant cement production using high sulfur fuel are analysed and design calculation. The line has been in good operation since it was put into operation.
