| This paper is based on standard protocol IEC104，which builds a RTU link to SIMATIC WinCC system bus（SINAUT ST7、DNP3、IEC 870-5-104 remote control protocol） by setting communications of WinCCTeleControl software to realize the communication connection between digital substation and central control DCS system in cement.The data exchange and information sharing between digital substation and central control DCS system are also solved at the same time. |
