      本文主要以IEC104标准协议为基础，通过对WinCCTeleControl软件的通信设置，建立RTU 链接直接连接到 SIMATIC WinCC系统总线 （SINAUT ST7、DNP3、IEC 870-5-104 遥控协议），实现数字化变电站与水泥厂中控DCS系统通信连接，同时解决了数字变电站和中控DCS间的数据交换、信息共享等问题。
英文摘要:
      This paper is based on standard protocol IEC104，which builds a RTU link to SIMATIC WinCC system bus（SINAUT ST7、DNP3、IEC 870-5-104 remote control protocol） by setting communications of WinCCTeleControl software to realize the communication connection between digital substation and central control DCS system in cement.The data exchange and information sharing between digital substation and central control DCS system are also solved at the same time.
