      分解炉是水泥窑外预分解技术的核心设备之一,承担着煤粉燃烧、碳酸盐分解等多种复杂的化学反应。本文对国内某厂5 000 t/d水泥熟料生产线的DD型分解炉内煤粉的燃烧进行了数值模拟,得到了分解炉内煤粉燃烧过程中挥发分、O2、CO和CO2的质量浓度变化规律。模拟发现本分解炉配风比例合理,没有出现过氧燃烧或缺氧燃烧,煤粉燃烧产物浓度分布符合燃烧规律,煤粉燃烧平稳有序进行,符合煤粉燃烧反应机理。
英文摘要:
      Precalciner is one of the core equipments for pre-splitting technology of cement kiln, which bears many complicated chemical reactions, such as combustion of coal powder and decomposition of carbonate. In this paper,numerical simulation of pulverized coal combustion in DD calciner of 5 000 t/d cement clinker product was carried out. The mass concentration changes of volatile component,O2,CO and CO2 in pulverized coal combustion in calciner is obtained according to simulation results. The simulation shows that the proportion of the air distribution in the precalciner is reasonable,no peroxide combustion or anoxic combustion occurres and the concentration distribution of pulverized coal combustion products accords with combustion law. The results show the combustion of pulverized coal is smooth and orderly ,and agree with reaction mechanism of pulverized coal combustion.
