| Because of poor management, the gear tooth of large power vertical reuducer is easy to appear pitting. peeling, crushing and tooth breaking easily, which seriously affect the production. Taking JLP330B vertical reducer which is matched with TRMR45.4 roller mill of Tian Yaobai cement company as an example, the cause of the reducer's failure is analyzed in detail, and the corresponding process of maintenance and repair is introduced. |
