Introduce the plan establishment and practical application of the project progress in detail through managing schedule in a Vietnam cement engineer-procure-construct project，which effectively connects the design， procurement， logistics， construction， reduces implementation problems of each link in the process of project， improves project management efficiency，reduces the risk of project operation， and ensures the successful production of the project. |
