      国际水泥总承包项目需要通过系统的计划编制、实施、监控、调整来进行进度计划管理。本文通过对越南某水泥EPC总承包项目的进度计划管理,详细介绍了该项目的进度计划的编制与进度测量与控制的实际应用,有效衔接了设计、采购、物流、施工各个阶段,减少项目的实施过程中各环节问题的发生,提高项目的管理效率,降低项目运行风险,保证了该项目的顺利投产。
英文摘要:
      The international cement engineer-procure-construct project operates schedule management through systematical planning, implementation,monitoring, adjusting . Introduce the plan establishment and practical application of the project progress in detail through managing schedule in a Vietnam cement engineer-procure-construct project,which effectively connects the design, procurement, logistics, construction, reduces implementation problems of each link in the process of project, improves project management efficiency,reduces the risk of project operation, and ensures the successful production of the project.
