      低压(AC380V)自起动三相交流永磁同步电动机转子内装采用稀土永磁材料的永磁体。启动时,通过定子电枢磁场与转子磁场间的电磁力拖动转子转动,转子回路无感应电流。永磁同步电动机具有以下特点:(1) 在负载范围(25%~125%)内可获得较高的效率及功率因数(高达98%);(2) 起动转矩大(≥2.5倍);(3) 以电网电价0.58元/kWh,电站年运行时间8 000 h计算,年节能费用近5万元;(4) 具有温升低、噪声小、损耗小、使用寿命长的特点。可以在水泥余热电站进行广泛应用。

      Three-phase permanent magnet AC synchronous motor rotor with self-starting low pressure (AC380V) adopts permanent magnet of rare earth permanent magnet materials.When starts up, the rotor circuit does not have induced current through theelectromagnetic force between stator armature magnetic field and the rotor magnetic field driving the rotor rotation.The permanent magnet synchronous motor has the following characteristics: (1) It can obtain higher efficiency and power factor (98%)within the load range (25% ~ 125%);(2) Large starting torque (2.5 times) or higher;(3) Energy saving cost is nearly 50,000 yuan with grid electricity price at 0.58 yuan/kWh, calculation of running time at 8 000 h .(4) It has low temperature rise, low noise, low loss, long service life.It can be widely used in the cement waste heat power station.
