      文章着重讨论了助磨剂官能团差异,掺量变化对高钛矿渣及其复合水泥助磨效果的影响,并通过复配得到了助磨和增强性能优异的复合型助磨剂。结果表明:(1) 相同掺量时,多元醇类助磨剂对高钛矿渣的助磨效果显著优于醇胺类。(2) 优化的复合助磨剂使复合水泥粉体中3~32 μm粒径范围颗粒含量较空白样提高了9.3%,综合表现为强度的显著增长。(3)多元醇类助磨剂具有十分明显的价格优势,具有显著的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Discuss the influence of different functional group and content change of the grinding aid on the high titanium slag and its composite cement, and the special composite grinding aid for high titanium slag and its composite cement was studied. The results showed that,(1) In the same dosage, grinding effect of polyol grinding agent on high titanium slag is significantly better than that of alcohol amine compound;(2) Optimized composite grinding agent made particle content of the cement in the 3~32 μm range increased by 9.3%, and had significant strength growth compared with the blank sample; (3) Polyols help the grinding agent has obvious price advantage than alcohol amine compound, and has significant application value.
