| 天辰水泥公司水泥车间有两条HFCG140-120辊压机+Φ3.8 m×13 m的闭路系统水泥粉磨生产线。辊压机收尘系统主要收集NSE700提升机、打散机、稳流恒重仓、NE200提升机和辊压机各处扬尘，收尘器型号为64-5，最大风量是9100 m3/h。该系统自投入运行以来，系统运行正常。随着磨机产量的提高，稳流恒重仓及辊压机开始有冒灰现象出现，造成现场岗位环境卫生较差。 |

| In view of belt deviation of the head， tail wheel tape to the same side or to the other side in 3 sets of hoist
， adjust the tail tensioning correction device for several times， and tail wheel running deviation can restore， but the situation of head wheel has not been able to get any less.After checking，it is found that rubber tiles of head wheel wear .So the problem is solved by turning to recover drum shape， which is running well. |
