      助磨剂被广泛的用于水泥生产中,在探讨水泥粉磨影响因素时,需要开展实验评价其在粉磨效率和水泥质量的影响程度,分析在特定工厂的使用效果。水泥颗粒分布与最佳性能水泥RRSB方程对比分析,可以作为调整水泥细度的依据。S厂的实验结果表明,水泥细度在45μm<17%且80μm<3%,3d水泥抗压强度≥31.3 MPa,28 d水泥抗压强度≥48.3 MPa,较出厂水泥抗压强度目标值分别高出5.3 MPa和3.3 MPa。
英文摘要:
      Grinding aids is widely used in the production of cement,to be studied as cement grinding factors ,it’s necessary to carry out experiments to evaluate the degree of influence on grinding efficiency and cement quality, and analyze the grinding effect in the specific plant. The comparative analysis between the distribution of cement particles and the best performance of the cement RRSB , can be used as the basis to adjust the fineness of cement plant. In S cement plant,the experimental results showed if the cement 45μm sieve < 17% and 80μm sieve < 3%,compressive strength of the cement will higher than 31.3MPa at the 3rd day and higher than 48.3MPa at the 28th day, both exceeded cement compressive strength target value by 5.3MPa and 3.3MPa.
