| 介绍了某厂采用南京凯盛自主研发的KVM46.4-C外循环立磨作为水泥终粉磨设备的运行情况：（1）在没有使用磨内喷水的情况下，生产P·O 42.5R水泥产量在180 t/h以上，水泥系统电耗为23.6 kWh/t，水泥成品的颗粒分布与圈流管磨系统相当，水泥标准稠度用水量比圈流管磨系统低。（2） 系统阻力小，排风机功耗低。（3）实现了立磨料床无喷水情况下运行稳定，且技术指标在国际上属领先水平。 |

| Introduce the operation of external circulation vertical mill KVM46.4-C which was made by Nanjing Kisen itself using as cement finish grinding system：（1） The output of P·O 42.5R cement reaches more than 180 t/h without sprinkler system in vertical mill，the power consumption of cement is 23.6 kWh/t，and the particle size distribution of cement is similar to circle tube mill system,but the water requirement of cement standard thickness is lower than circle tube mill system. （2） The system resistance is small and power consumption of the exhaust fan is low.（3） The external vertical mill runs stably without sprinkler and the technical performance indicators have reached international advanced level. |
