      回转窑筒体变形对窑衬砖及窑运转会产生不利影响,在对窑筒体变形测量原始数据处理时,存在难以把高、低频振动及仪器共振噪声从测量原始数据中分离的问题。本文提出采用集总经验模式分解(EEMD)方法,结合动态链接库(DLL)技术,以混合编程方式应用于对筒体变形原始测量数据的处理程序中。相比本研究组已有数据处理程序,新方法的程序分离筒体轴向弯曲偏心量和表面变形量的效果更好,可以有效消除振动噪声影响,具有工程应用价值。
英文摘要:
      The deformation of rotary kiln cylinder will adversely affect the lining brick and the operation of the rotary kiln, there existes a problem of extracting difficulty of the high or low frequency vibration signal and noise of instrument vibration when processing the measuring data of rotary kiln cylinder deformation, the EEMD method for processing the original measuring data is proposed. The new data processing method was applied to the LabVIEW program of measuring and data processing of the kiln cylinder deformation using DLL technique. Compared to the original data processing method in the existing program of our research team, the new method could better extract the straightness deviation component and the surface deformation component, and the effect of vibration and noise was effectively eliminated, it’s valuable in engineering.
