      合肥水泥研究设计院将第四代篦冷机的篦床进行了网格化后,对其冷却单元进行了优化研发。为了更加高效的利用冷却风量,提高整个篦冷机的冷却效率,该院通过搭建冷却单元实验研究平台,针对熟料、篦板和稳流阀组成的冷却单元进行了实验与研究。结果表明:(1) 冷却用风量减少5%;(2) 冷却单元优化了篦板和稳流阀结构,故障率低,使用寿命延长为原来的2倍;(3) 篦床采用冷却单元模块化插装,从而减少了设计成本。
英文摘要:
      After Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute Carries out the grid for grate bed of fourth generation of grate cooler, the cooling unit is optimized.In order to more efficient use of cooling air volume and improve the cooling efficiency of the grate cooler, the institute has carried on the experiment and research on clinker, grate plate and the steady flow valve by building the experimental research platform of the cooling unit set .The results show that: (1) The cooling air volume decreases by 5%;(2) The cooling unit optimizes the grate plate and the structure of steady flow valve, low fault rate and extends the service life 2 times than before;(3) The grate bed which uses modular instrumentation of cooling unit reduces the design cost.
