      缅甸金山水泥厂1 500 t/d熟料生产线采用褐煤为燃料。该厂针对褐煤挥发分高、热值低、灰分比例高,分解炉系统易发生结皮、结圈导致堵塞的特点,设计中进行了烧成系统的主要技术参数优化配置,以及窑尾预分解系统结构的设计优化。文章针对该预分解窑系统调试过程中遇到的问题,采取了以下措施: ① 选择适宜的配料方案(KH=0.93±0.01,SM=2.5±0.1,IM=1.6±0.1);② 按制好煤、料、风、窑速的匹配;③ 稳定烧成系统热工制度,做到“三稳一快”。同时,对系统可能进一步实现优化提出了建议。

      Burma jinshan cement plant 1 500 t/d clinker production line uses lignite as fuel.Based on the characteristics of high lignite coal volatile rat , low calorific value, high ash content, prone to crust jams and circle of precalciner system,the design carries out optimized configuration of main technical parameter in the firing system and design optimization of structure in preheater precalcining system.In this paper ,facing the problems of precalcining kiln system in the process of debugging , the following measures accept: ① choose the suitable ingredients scheme (KH=0.93±0.01,SM=2.5±0.1,IM=1.6±0.1);② according to the matching of fine coal, material, wind, kiln speed;③ stablize thermal system and achieve "three steady one fast".At the same time, the further optimization system are proposed.
