      国外工程合同通用条款大多采用国际咨询工程师联合会编写的FIDIC合同条款《设计采购施工（EPC）/交钥匙工程合同条件》，通过公司十多年来国外水泥工程EPC总承包合同履约实践，设计管理作为项目管理的关键一环，总结了国外水泥工程总承包工程在合同执行阶段设计管理的要点。
英文摘要:
      Contract General Conditions of overseas project mostly use FIDIC Clause in Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Project which is compiled by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers. Through practices on performing foreign EPC contract in recent ten years， as a critical link of project management， the essential points of design management during execution phase of overseas cement project is summarized in this article.
