| 某厂水泥粉磨系统中的辊压机在使用中出现了辊轴轴端压盖的螺栓频繁断裂的问题，严重危及设备安全，影响了系统的正常生产运行。经多次查找和分析原因，发现轴承透盖的加工很差是造成压盖螺栓断裂的主要原因，通过对透盖的拆卸和重新加工，解决了该问题。 |

| The bolt in shaft end cover of the roller press in a cement grinding system broke frequently， which seriously endangered the safety of equipment and affected the normal production and operation of the system. After repeated search and analysis， it is found that the machine error of bearing cover is the main cause. And by removing the cover and re-processing， the problem is solved. |
