水泥窑协同处置废弃物主要利用水泥窑炉高温煅烧处理废弃物,本文对垃圾预处理系统及协同运行过程中出现的问题进行了一系列调整优化措施,结果表明:可燃物和不可燃物的处置能力分别为70t/h,150t/h;预热器一级筒改造降低了C1出口粉尘浓度,产量回升至5 800 t/d,满足生产要求;熟料质量都达到要求,且熟料强度略有提高;垃圾投入后吨熟料发电量平均增加了0.80kWh/t,且窑尾NOx排放量略有降低,改造效果良好。 |

Co-disposal of domestic waste in cement production mainly uses cement kiln to high-temperature calcinate and dispose the waste . In this paper, a series of adjustment and optimization measures are carried out for the problems of the waste pretreatment system and co-operation. The result shows that the disposal capacity of combustible and noncombustible materials is 7 t/h、150t/h; The reformation of preheater tube reduces the dust concentration of C1 outlet and the output rises to 5 800 t/d, which meets the production requirements. The clinker quality meets the requirements and the clinker strength increases slightly.The average clinker output increased by 0.80kWh/t after the waste is put into operation. The kiln NOx emission decreases slightlyand the transformation effect is good. |
