为改善生料易烧性,提高熟料强度,提出了水泥原料的工艺试验方法。该方法可以判断生料中粗颗粒结晶SiO2来源。使用金相显微镜进行岩相分析,检验生料、生料80 μm筛余的化学成分,并加以对比。检验熟料酸不溶物,结果显示:当生料中存在较多粗颗粒SiO2时,使得在一个数百微米的微小区域内,熟料率值严重偏离正常值,会产生尺寸达数百微米的贝利特晶簇。对水泥原料进行工艺试验,找到并替换了含有粗颗粒SiO2的原料后,熟料台时产量和抗压强度均提高。 |

In order to improve the flammability of raw material and the strength of clinker, a new method of testing cement raw material is proposed. The method can be used to determine the origin of coarse-grained SiO2 in raw material. The chemical composition of raw material and raw material 80μm sieve was tested and compared by metallographic microscope. The results show that when there are more coarse particles of SiO2 in raw material, the value of clinker will deviate from the normal value in a small area of several hundred micrometer and produce baileyite cluster with a size of several hundred microns . The process test of cement raw materials to find and replace the raw material containing coarse SiO2, while the clinker production capacity and compressive strength are increased. |
