      根据离心式风机的原理,对篦冷机冷却风机风量进行估算,以此判定篦冷机运行状态。在此基础上,通过两例案例分析,对比了估算值与标定值,该方法计算的风机风量与标定值相比存在一定误差,针对误差较大的单台风机,通过分析风机压力、电流等参数,可对篦冷机运行状态、风机状态等进行判定,以此指导企业更换风机、调整篦冷机运行参数。
英文摘要:
      According to the principle of centrifugal fan, in order to determince the running state of the grate cooler, the fan air volume of grate cooler is estimated. On this basis, through the analysis of two cases, the estimated value and the calibration value is compared, the results show that there are some errors between the two values, and aiming at the fan with large error, by analysis of parameters of pressure and current, the running state of the fan and the grate cooler could be judged which will guide the enterprise to replace the fan and adjuste the operation parameter for grate cooler.
