| 辊压机行星减速器是一种专用传动装置。针对其特殊性，对减速器高速级轴承的三种不同配置方式的优缺点从设计角度进行了分析对比，推荐使用固定端加自由端的支承方式。对于该行星减速器的三种目前生产现场使用的润滑方式进行了分析比较，自身浸油循环润滑方式因为结构简单、经济和可靠，推荐采用。 |

| The planetary gear reducer for roller press is a kind of transmission equipment for specified application.This paper ,according to its particularity,discusses and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the three different configurations of the high-speedbearing of gear reducer from the perspective of design. The support configuration with fixed and free end is recommended. Three possible lubrication solutions for the gear reducer are compared and analyzed. The self circulation dipping lubrication method is suggested to adopt because of its simple structure, economy and reliablance. |
