对国外某项目辅料堆场黏土各项参数进行检测,结果表明:粒径<53 mm,化学组成以SiO2和Al2O3为主,黏土水分>5%,塑性指数>7,属于粘湿物料。针对上述情况,对已有的桥取进行优化改进,包括对桥取刮板链传动功率、耙架液压系统功率的复核,保证在物料粘湿阻力增大的情况下功率有富裕;适当提高刮板链链速;桥取耙架角度适用范围更大,以满足黏土休止角变大后的需求;对刮板及耙架进行结构上的优化,以满足粘湿物料的取料需求。 |

Testing the parameters of auxiliary material yard clay on a foreign project, the results show that the particle size is < 53 mm, chemical composition is mainly SiO2 and Al2O3, clay moisture is > 5%, plastic index is > 7, which belongs to wet material.According to the above situation, optimize the existing bridge-take , including transmission power of the bridge-take scraper chain ,review of the hydraulic power system of rake frame , ensure that power has rich under the condition of the wet material viscosity resistance increases ;Increase appropriate speed of scraper chain. Angle scope of bridge-take rake frame is bigger to meet the needs of clay angle after increasing ;The structural optimization of scraper and rake frame in order to satisfy the demands of wet material feeding. |
