      山东联合王晁水泥有限公司Φ4.2 m×12 m两仓球磨机配套辊压机(无打散分级设备)联合粉磨系统辅材粉煤灰的加入点原设计在水泥磨机磨尾,由于粉煤灰颗粒较粗,采用水泥磨尾掺入工艺容易使水泥颗粒分布变窄,且造成出磨水泥质量波动。利用检修机会,将粉煤灰加入点改为水泥磨头加入,提高了出磨水泥的产质量,效果较好。

      Shandong Allied Group Wangchao Cement Co.,Ltd. has a combined grinding system composed of Φ4.2 m×12 m two-chamber ball mill and roller press with no scatter grading device, the designed auxiliary fly ash adding point is at the mill tail, and as the fly ash particles are coarse, it is easy to make cement particle size distribution become narrow and cause cement quality fluctuation. Use the opportunity of overhaul, change the adding point from mill tail to head, which improved the quality and output of cement, the effect is good.
