| 介绍了国内外对水泥助磨剂在水泥颗粒表面吸附，以及助磨剂水泥水化反应历程的干扰两方面的研究进展，指出在助磨剂、减水剂、水泥三元水化系统中，助磨剂对水泥与外加剂相容性的作用，开发对水泥水化反应干扰小的功能改善型助磨剂与把助磨剂与减水剂功能结合实现合二为一，对解决水泥与外加剂相容性问题同等重要。 |

| The paper introduces cement grinding aid adsorption of the domestic and foreign in the surface of cement particles,as well as the research progress of the interference of two aspects of grinding agent in the cement hydration reaction mechanism.Point out that in ternary hydration system for grinding agent， water reducing agent and cement， the role of grinding agent of compatibility to cement and admixture.Develope the function grinding aids to weakly disturb cement hydration reaction and improve grinding agent with the features for the grinding agent and water reducing agent to achieve unity,solving the problem of compatibility between cement and admixture is equally important. |
