      通过对机制砂干混砂浆生产过程中进厂原材料、中间产物、出厂砂浆的过程控制,分析了干混砂浆与预拌混凝土质量控制的区别,建立了过程控制是实现干混砂浆质量稳定可靠保证的观念,尤其是对过程中间产物机制砂更应建立以形貌、颗粒级配等为中心的质量控制手段,抛弃强度唯一的错误做法,适应机制砂为核心,水泥为主要胶凝材料的过程控制检测方法,得到以干混砂浆生产工艺为基础的过程控制体系。
英文摘要:
      Through the process control of raw materials, intermediate products and finished mortar of mechanism sand dry mix mortar production, the difference of quality control between ready mixed concrete and dry mix mortar is analysed, and the concept is established of process control is the guarantee of dry mix mortar to realize stable quality. Eespecially the process intermediate of mechanism sand should be more centered on the means of quality control morphology and particle size distribution and so on, abandon mistake behavior for intensity at the only, to adapted to the process control testing methods of the mechanism of sand as the core and cement as the main gelled material, got control system on the basis of dry-mixed mortar production technology of process.
