      通过提高矿渣粉的活性增加其在水泥中的掺加量,可有效降低水泥生产成本。本文分析了高炉矿渣中化学成分及其差异对矿渣活性的影响,对物理激发条件下采用“高细分别粉磨” 提高矿渣粉活性的必要性和工艺方法进行了探讨,对化学激发条件下在矿渣粉磨过程中加入矿渣助磨剂或石膏、钢渣等生产原料提高矿渣粉活性的方法进行了分析,提出了提高矿渣粉活性的工艺技术方法。
英文摘要:
      Improving the activity of slag powder can increase its addition amount in cement, which can reduce the cost of cement production effectively. This paper analyses the chemical composition of blast furnace slag and its influence on the activity of slag, and discusses on the necessity and process method to improve slag activity by "fine separately grinding" at physical excitation condition, and analyses the methods of adding grinding agent or gysum, slag and other production raw materials to improve slag activity at chemical excitation conditions.The process methods to improve slag activity is put forward.
