| 为了研究不同类型颗粒在混料机内部的混合状况和运动机理，利用离散元软件EDEM对混料机内部颗粒混合过程进行数值模拟，得到在不同进料量和主轴转速下混料机内部颗粒的图形化运动信息。通过对混合后不同类型的两种颗粒的接触数和混合质量分数计算、分析，得到了混料机的混料效果。通过对颗粒在混料机中的混合状态和运动轨迹分析，得出混料机的最佳工作参数。 |

| In order to study the mixing state and motion mechanism of different types of particles in mixing machine， the numerical simulation of the mixing process in mixing machine was carried out by using the discrete element software EDEM，graphics movement information of the internal particles in mixing machine with different feed rate and spindle speed is obtained. The mixing effect of mixing machine were obtained by calculating and analyzing the contact number and mixed mass fraction of two kinds of mixed particles. By analyzing the mixed state and motion trajectory of the particles in the mixing machine， the best working parameter of mixing machine is obtained. |
