      贵州西南大方永贵建材有限公司3 200 t/d水泥生产线烧成系统从投产到技改实施前一直存在系统阻力高,产量低,热耗高等问题。针对该系统存在的问题,对旋风筒及气体上升管道、分解炉到C5旋风筒风管弯头及C3下料管翻板阀等处进行了结构改造,并对篦冷机风机系统重新配风。通过调试,很快实现预期的改造目标,改造效果较好。

      There are some problems as high resistance, low output and high heat consumption in the 3 200 t/d cement production line of Guizhou Southwest Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. from put it into production to the implementation of technical innovation. Aiming at the problems existing in this system, the up pipe of the cyclone, the elbow pipe of the pipe form decomposing furnace to C5 cyclone and C3 feeding material pipe turning valve are reconstructed, and the air distribution of the grate cooler fan system is reallocated. Through the commissioning, the system reached the expected transformation target and the effect is good.
