      分析了搅拌工艺对水泥混凝土性能的影响,在此基础上,研究不同搅拌工艺对双卧轴搅拌机物料搅拌均匀性的影响。利用EDEM软件对一次投料法、水泥砂浆法和水泥裹砂石法三种不同搅拌工艺对物料搅拌均匀性的影响进行了模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:二次搅拌工艺搅拌物料均匀性比传统的一次搅拌工艺优越,其中,采用水泥砂浆法物料搅拌均匀性最好,而且可降低搅拌时间。
英文摘要:
      Firstly the paper analyses the impact of different mixing technology on cement concrete performance and the uniformity of mixing materials in double-horizoned concrete mixer. By EDEM software, simulates three different mixing technology——primary feed method,and two-step mixing of cement-mortar method and sand enveloped with cement method.The results show that the uniformity of mixing materials of two-step mixing method is superior to that of the traditional feeding method, And the uniformity of mixing materials of cement mortar method is the best, which also has less mixing time .
