| 我公司水泥包装机及装车系统投运后存在发货速度慢，系统故障率高，经常出现漏装、误装等问题。为此我们利用设备停机检修期间，通过对该系统进行自动化升级技术改造，实现了由上位机控制包装机发货系统自动化发运，大大地提高了发货速度，降低了故障率，增强了设备运行的稳定性和可靠性。 |

| Cement packing machine and loading system in our company has the problems of low delivery speed ，high rate of system failure and often packing by mistake.During equipment maintenance， upgrade automatically technical modification of the system ， achieve automatically delivery by the master controlling packing delivery system， which greatly increases the speed of delivery， reduces the rate of failure， enhances the stability and reliability of the equipment. |
