      以标产5 000 t/d的新型干法熟料生产线SNCR脱硝系统为例,调整其喷射点工况来改善其运行状态。结果表明:水泥窑脱硝系统的喷射点窗口环境需满足氧含量不低于1.5%的条件,氧含量太低会造成煤不完全燃烧,产生大量的CO,影响氨水的还原反应;对于NOx本底值较高同时分解炉CO浓度较低的水泥窑,可以通过增加尾煤,并适当减少三次风的方式增加分解炉CO的浓度,形成还原气氛,能够一定程度抑制NOx的生成;对于分解炉O2含量较低、CO浓度较高的水泥窑,可以通过适当减少尾煤、增加三次风,同时可以辅助增加窑尾高温风机拉风的方式增加分解炉的氧含量,并降低CO浓度,从而改善脱硝系统的运行环境。
英文摘要:
      Taking SNCR denitration system of 5 000 t/d NSP clinker production line as an example,adjust the conditions of injection point to improve operational status of SNCR.The result shows that windowing environment of the injection point in cement kilns denitration system must meet the oxygen content of not less than 1.5%, when low oxygen content will cause incomplete combustion of coal, producing large amounts of CO and influencing reduction reaction of ammonia; For some cement kilns which have high background values of NOx and lower concentrations of CO,form a reducing atmosphere by increasing tail coal and reducing the tertiary airto to increase the concentration of CO,which is possible to suppressed NOx concentration; For some cement kilns which have lower O2 content and higher concentration of CO ,reduce the tail coal, increase tertiary air, while widening auxiliary fan power to pull the wind ,so that get higher oxygen content and reduce the CO concentration, therefore improving the operating environment of denitration system .
