      托轮轴承组的设计是回转窑设计的重要环节,合理的设计不仅能降低设备成本,还能减少故障率提高托轮轴承组运行的可靠性并延长托轮使用寿命。本文总结了近几年对于滑动轴承型托轮轴承组主要零部件结构和形式的优化工作,分别对轴承端盖及球面瓦限位结构优化、球面瓦压块优化、止推圈的优化等托轮轴承组局部结构的优化工作进行了介绍。
英文摘要:
      The design of support roller and bearing unit is an important part of rotary kiln. Reasonable design can not only reduce the equipment cost,but also can reduce the failure rate to improve the reliability of the roller and bearing unit operation and prolong the service life of the roller. This paper summarizes optimized work about main parts of structure and form in the design of the roller and bearing unit, such as the limit control of bearing end plate and spherical bush, press cake of spherical bush, thrust ring and so on.
