      目前水泥生产线单条线最大产能可达12 000 t/d,与之配套的余热发电机组装机容量可达20 MW,如何充分挖掘大生产线的余热,优化工艺方案,充分发挥水泥余热发电机组的装机容量显得至关重要,因此工艺方案优化不可忽视。制定了5套工艺方案,充分考虑了现有的4种优化措施,从数量上对蒸汽量、发电功率、汽耗率、热耗率、供电量做了详尽的分析比较,为万吨线水泥余热发电工艺方案制定提供了理论依据。

      At present, the maximum capacity of clinker production line has reached 12 000 t/d, and the corresponding waste heat power generation installed capacity reached 20 MW, so how to fully exploit the waste heat resources of large scale line and optimize the process scheme to give full paly of the installed capacity become significant. By four existing optimization methods comprehesively, five process plans of waste heat power generation are prepared and contrasted from steam quantity, generated power, steam consumption rate, heat consumption rate and amount of power supply, which provide theoretical foundation for preparing of waste heat power generation scheme.
