| 华润水泥（龙岩曹溪）公司#1线是由德国洪堡公司提供主要装备的水泥生产线，是我国第一条采用无烟煤煅烧水泥熟料的生产线，也是我国首先采用辊压机终粉磨系统进行生料制备的生产线。经过长期连续运行，有些设备和设施已不能满足现有要求。中材国际工程股份有限公司（南京）运用现代水泥技术，于2012年对该线的熟料生产系统和相关车间进行了综合技术改造。3年的生产实践证明，本次技术改造实现了原定的各项技改目标，取得了优异的节能降耗效果。 |

| The #1 production line of China Resources Cement Holdings Limited (Longyancaoxi plant) is the first cement production line using anthracite as burning fuel in China, and also the first cement plant using roller press final grinding system to produce raw meal. The main equipment of the #1 line was supplied by Humbolt Wedag. After the longtime operation，some equipment and installations can’t meet the requirement of the present day.SINOMA (Nanjing) upgraded the pyro-system and associated departments of the #1 production line with the most advanced cement technology in 2012. The 3-year operation practice has proven that the integrated process upgrading successfully realize the goals in the energy saving, cost reducing, environment protection and capacity increasing. |
