      利用水泥窑协同处置废弃物技术在我国逐步兴起,随着《水泥窑协同处置固体废物污染控制标准》GB 30485—2013的颁布,人们对于利用水泥窑协同处置废弃物时的污染物排放情况产生了广泛的关注。然而由于我国刚起步,在污染物排放方面尚没有统计数据。欧洲起步较早,有着完善的技术和相应的污染物排放统计情况。本文就欧洲利用水泥窑协同处置废弃物的污染物排放情况作了介绍和分析。结果表明:在有效的控制措施和良好的管理操作水平下,水泥窑协同处置废弃物污染物排放不会增加新的污染排放。
英文摘要:
      The technology of cement kiln co-disposing of waste gradually develops in China with the promulgation of "Standard for pollution control on co-disposing of solid waste in cement kiln" GB 30485—2013.People pay more attention to the use of cement kiln co-disposing of waste emission. However, our country has just started in the emissions of pollutants with no statistical data. Europe started earlier with sound technology and corresponding pollutant emission statistics. This paper introduces and analyzes European cement kiln co-disposing of waste emission . The result shows: under effective control measures and good management operating level, cement kiln co-disposing of waste emission will not increase new pollutant emission.
