| 为了解决海螺白马山2000t/d熟料线烧成系统存在的系统阻力大、煤粉燃烧不充分、系统热耗偏高等问题，中国中材国际工程股份有限公司（南京）对其系统进行了技术改造，增加分解炉鹅颈管，保留原预热器框架不变，改造了C1旋风筒及连接风管、料管，以及维持篦冷机设备不变，对篦冷机冷却风机进行了调整。改造取得了良好的效果，达到了节能降耗的改造目标。 |

| There were several problems in the firing system of Conch Bamashan 2 000 t/d clinker production line as high system resistance, incomplete combustion of pulverized coal, a little high system heat consumption, and etc. In order to solve the problems, Sinoma International Engineering Co,Ltd.(Nanjing) renovated the system technically, adding a gooseneck for calciner, reconstructing C1 cyclone and the joint air and material pipe based on retaining the original preheater frame unchanged, adjusting the cooling fan for the grate cooler based on retaining the grate cooler unchanged. And the reformation has obtained good results, the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption achieved. |
