利用化学成分互补性,将赤泥、铝灰、低等级灰渣及各类尾矿等硅铝铁基固废与脱硫副产物、磷石膏、氟石膏等硫酸钙基固废相结合,可制备硫铝酸盐水泥并实现两类大宗工业固废的综合利用。基于FactSage模拟的快速配料优化方法和“湿法粉磨—均化—压滤”的生料制备工艺,能有效克服固废复杂多变的应用制约。以固废为原料制备的硫铝酸盐水泥熟料,性能优异而成本低廉。该技术具有良好的经济和社会效益。 |

It is a promising way to prepare sulfoaluminate cement by the combination of Si-Al-Fe-based industrial solid wastes, such as red mud, aluminum ash, low-grade ash, other refinery tailings, etc., CaSO4-based ones, such as FGD gypsum, phosphogypsum, fluorogypsum, etc. This method can just meet the necessary composition requirements and provide a feasible conception to massively utilize wastes.Based on the optimizing method of fast ingredient via FactSage model and raw material preparation process by " wet—grinding—homogenization—filter-press".It can overcome the application obstacles of complex and varied solid wastes.The sulfoaluminate cement clinker produced based on solid wastes shows excellent performance and low production cost. It can follow the market routes of direct sulfoaluminate cement or some high-end derivative products. The technology has good economic and social benefits. |
