      为了充分利用工业废渣,采用锰渣代替一定比例粒化高炉矿渣作为水泥混合材,从小磨试验和投入生产试验入手,找出锰渣对生产工艺、产量、水泥质量、能耗的影响。试验结果表明:由于锰渣水分含量大,易结块,容易造成堵料、断料;锰渣掺加比例为50%时,干渣实物煤耗增加了17.3%;掺加锰渣后水泥3 d和28 d抗压强度明显下降,凝结时间延长近2 h,但掺加锰渣后凝结时间和抗压强度不同品种水泥都存在一个拐点,说明其都存在一个最佳掺量。
英文摘要:
      To take full advantage of industrial waste, use manganese slag instead of certain percentage of blast furnace slag granulated as cement admixture, start with small grinding and production test to find the impact of manganese slag to production process, production, cement quality, energy consumption. The result shows: because of manganese slag with high moisture content , it's easy to agglomerate and cause blocking , broken material; When the mixing ratio of manganese slag is 50%, the coal consumption of dry slag increases by 17.3%; Compressive strength of 3 d and 28 d decreases with manganese slag ,setting time extends nearly 2 h, but after adding manganese slag ,both setting time and compressive strength of different varieties of cement exist a turning point, indicating that there is an optimal dosage.
