      根据水泥企业窑尾排放现状及环保新标要求,介绍了水泥企业窑尾常用除尘设备及其使用现状,我公司将电除尘器改造为低压长袋喷吹脉冲式袋除尘器,改造后三个月排放量均大幅下降。其中粉尘的月排放量由26.46mg/m3降至17.49mg/m3;二氧化硫的排放量由89.24mg/m3下降至52.90mg/m3;氮氧化物排放量由495.79mg/m3降至235.28mg/m3。电改袋运行一年多以来,窑尾季度粉尘排放浓度检测结果为16~18mg/m3,优于国家新标排放30mg/m3限值要求。
英文摘要:
      According to emission status of preheater in cement enterprises and new requirements of environmental protection, introduce the dust removal equipments in common of cement preheater and present situation.My company uses bag dust collector of low pressure and pulse instead of electrical dust collector ,which emissions have dropped sharply after three months.The emissions of dust is from 7 826.82 kg to 5 007.88 kg monthly,sulfur dioxide is dropped from 27 252.69 kg to 2 628.97 kg,nitrogen oxide is from 145 594.68 kg to 88 727.96. The use of bag dust collector has been more than a year and the result of preheater quarter emission concentration of test is 16 ~ 18 mg/m3, which is better than the new national standard 30 mg/m3 limit .
