| This paper introduces the fourth generation grate cooler with no leakage about working principle, structure ,technical characteristics and performance advantages of Sinoma international engineering co., LTD. （Nanjing） which is their independent research and development .Active grate bed is one of the difficult points of the fourth generation with no leakage .Therefore, focus on vertical seal of the grate bed and structural forms of active grate plate .By the end of June ,2015, the clinker output of project of Liaoning Yinsheng has been about 6 000 t/d. The grate cooler is in stable operation and cooling effect is good. |
