      国产实业(湖南)水泥有限公司6000t/d熟料生产线水泥粉磨有A,B两条线。2014年5月份业主反映B线旋风分离器收尘沉降效果较差,风带走的含尘量较大,对循环风机的磨损相当大;而A线无此现象,运转平稳。为此,对B线系统进行了检查和诊断。根据现场检查诊断,双旋风分离器的进风口结构及内部有无气流导流板是A线B线运转磨损差异的主要原因。针对性方案实施后,从根本上解决了循环风机叶轮磨损的问题。
英文摘要:
      There are A,B two cement grinding systemes in Goldsun (Hunnan) Cement Co.,Ltd. 6000 t/d cement clinker production line. In May,2014, The owner reflected the B line's cyclone dust deposition effect was poor, the dust content in wind was high which resulted in wear of circulating fan, but A line hadn't this phenomenon and ran smoothly. Aiming at this problem, B line system was examined and diagnosed. According to the field inspection and diagnosis, it found out that the air inlet structure and the internal air flow guide plate of the double cyclone separator were the main cause of wear difference of A and B line. After implementation of the targeted scheme, the wear problem of the circulation fan was solved dundamentally.
