      研究了矿渣沸石基水泥中原料组成含量对水泥的强度、凝结时间及标准稠度等性能的影响规律,并探讨了该水泥体系的水化机理。研究结果表明,以30%的沸石、25%的熟料、34%的矿渣、6%的钢渣和5%的石膏,可以制备出3d抗压强度达15.3 MPa、28 d抗压强度达42.8 MPa的矿渣沸石基水泥。该水泥的主要水化产物为C-S-H凝胶和水化硫铝酸钙。
英文摘要:
      The effect of material composition of the slag zeolite cement on cement strength, setting time standards of consistency, and the hydration mechanism of the cement was also disussed. A kind of slag zeolite cement has been successfully developed with 30% zeolite,25% clinker,34% slag,6% steel slag and 5% gypsum, the 3 d compressive strength of the cement would be 15.3 MPa and the 28 d compressive strength would be 42.8 MPa. The main hydrate product of the cement is C-S-H and calcium aluminate hydrate.
