| Grate cooler is the key equipment in cement production process, and its installation quality directly affects the operation effect of clinker production line. The installation process and quality control requirements of each step are introduced, and on that basis, the installation operation and quality control points of supporting-wheel-bearing movable-grate-bed grate cooler are introduced in detail. The application of several projects verifies the process has the advantages of shorter installation time and guarantee the installation quality. |
