概述了国内水泥生产企业在生产过程中比较常规的几种节能降耗措施,简要分析、对比了几种措施的优缺点。其中主要以方案一(余热锅炉+启动锅炉+拖动汽轮机)和方案二(余热锅炉+余热发电机组)进行了对比分析,结果表明:(1) 方案一比方案二,正常运行时每套拖动系统要增加1台高压油泵的运行负荷达111 kW,增设2台水泵;(2) 方案二比方案一向系统多输送电能约152 kW;(3) 综合效率和节能效果基本相当,但投资成本和运行维护方面,方案一比方案二高。 |

This paper summarizes several conventional energy saving measures of the domestic cement enterprises in the process of production ,makes analysis and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these measures.Mainly analyze the contrast between scheme 1(waste heat boiler+ starting boiler+ driven steam turbine) and scheme 2(waste heat boiler+ waste heat and electricity generation system),the result shows:(1) Each drive system increases operation load (111 kW) of high pressure oil pump, adds 2 pumps as scheme 1 to scheme 2;(2)Scheme 2 transports more electricity about 152 kW than scheme 1;(3) Comprehensive efficiency and energy saving effect are almost same, but scheme 1 takes much more money than scheme 2 in the aspects of investment cost and operation maintenance . |
